The increasing use of Information Technology and Communications (ICT) and the transformation that has led in all areas of society have generated the search for new forms of organization and operation, activity that has not been immune to the Federal Government, state and Municipal; and in recent years they have made efforts in creating infrastructure, systems, processes and regulations in this area.

This is why, it is necessary to establish strategies and actions to consolidate joint efforts to facilitate access to information and government services through the use of ICT.

Digital Government Model represents the interaction and flow of the elements involved in the development of Digital Government. This model, places the citizen at the center of its strategy, and from this premise, the elements that are grouped in Processes, Projects, Services and Governmental Procedures; which are enabled by Processes, Projects and Services ICT; whose primary objectives are to improve Citizen and increase government efficiency to provide value to citizenship.
